NRBA Privacy Policy

What information do we collect?

When you enroll your membership on our site, or request an insurance quote, you will be asked to enter some, or all, of the following information; your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, date of birth and credit card information. Additionally we ask you to complete various profiles including an overall retirement profile, individual need for various products and services, requests for newsletter and such like. Your information is always kept in strict confidentiality and only shared within our own network of NRBA personnel and our designated vendors, suppliers and agents.

How do we protect your information?

NRBA implements a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enroll on line.

These security measures include: password protected directories and databases to safeguard your information, SSL (Secure Sockets Layered) technology to ensure that your information is fully encrypted and sent across the Internet securely or PCI Scanning to actively protect our servers from hackers and other vulnerabilities.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

• NRBA may share member information with our designated third party vendors, suppliers and agents who assist us in providing service to you, operating our websites, and conducting our business, so long as those parties agree to protect the privacy of this information.
• If specifically requested by an authorized law enforcement agency we may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect the rights, property, or safety of others.
• We may also share information with third parties offering services or products that we believe would be of benefit to our membership and be included as part of various advertisements and notifications we may send you from time to time.

NRBA may mail or email notices when new discounts or benefits become available to our members.
